The JBL marine loudspeakers are designed specifically for marine applications.  The waterproof motor structures, sealed cones and integrated grilles ensure that these speakers will stay afloat for years. The one-piece cast-polymer basket holds up, even after excessive exposure to sun and salt. A sealed magnet protects the motor structure from water and the rubber surrounds outlast foam and offer superior cone-edge suspension. The grille-mounted tweeter allows the front of the woofer cone to be sealed, protecting the motor structure from sea spray and washdowns.
