As a Car Audio Installer for Big Noise you will be an important member of the team responsible for managing and growing the business profitability. To manage and develop new solutions through new systems or origination which increases sales.

Qualifications :

At least 18 months extensive car audio installation experience

Member of the NZSA Security Association

Able to correctly install car audio/accessories in customer's vehicles

Able to install Vehicle Security Systems

Experience designing and building sub box enclosures is a plus

Able to adeptly explain features, benefits and technical aspects of the product line.

Able to take initiative to become an expert at the job.  Have a thorough understanding of the jobs role in the organizations to success.

Be team-oriented and work collaboratively to achieve team goals

Be committed to meeting quality standards.

Possess basic safety skill and knowledge

Have a proven ability to quickly learn, retain and apply new skills and knowledge

Service Repairs

Overall Responsibilities :

Complete jobs in a timely fashion

Keep workshop flowing

Customer Service

Monitor and Measure Stock

Administration

Cleaning

Job Requirements :

Own their installation tools

Get up and go attitude and willing to work with a team

Computer skills in Microsoft (word, excel, publisher) and Aurora One

Ambitious and energetic

To ensure a good understanding on customers requirements

Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment

Technical knowledge

Have a mature, friendly, professional and "can do" attitude

Perform at only the highest standards of care, work ethic and workmanship

Need a lot of common sense, love being busy and juggling 101 things at once and be able to work in with others.

Dispose of waste and maintain a tidy work area.
