As of 11 April 2023, Genoapay is no longer available in New Zealand. If you are an existing Genoapay customer with an active Payment Plan, you can still log in to manage your payments. If you would like a financing option, choose among the other finance payment options we offer to suit your needs.

Genoapay gives you the ability to convert eligible purchases into a 10 week instalment plan, so you can pay for what you need over time, with no interest, and no fees. Genoapay take the first instalment when you commit to a purchase, with the remaining balance being processed weekly.

You will need to be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid New Zealand drivers license or New Zealand passport, and have a Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card.

No catch! The payment and finance options are completely free for consumers. The only time Genoapay ever charge fees are if the weekly payments decline, in which case a $10 late fee applies. They will call, text, or email you to arrange an alternative method of payment

Minimum purchase of $20, and maximum purchase of $1,000. Look for the Genoapay logo on the product page.

Genoapay only accepts Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. Prepaid cards (such as Bonfire and Prezzy Cards) are not accepted.

You will see Genoapay on your statement for each weekly instalment. Big Noise Group will not appear on your statement.

Yes, Genoapay is available in our Hastings showroom as well as online

You can place orders up to what your approved credit limit with Genoapay is. If your limit was $1000 you could place two orders at $500 for instance.
